Purpose and Mission
To execute the payroll calculation and related activities according to the company policies and procedures
根据公司政策和流程,执行工资计算及相关的活动
根据设计好的流程,执行与薪资计算及发放相关的各种活动,包括但不限于:
- Check and verify attendance data 检查和确认出勤相关数据;
- Execute the payroll calculation in HRIS 在人力资源系统中执行工资计算过程;
- Request the payment and distribute payslip 要求薪资支付及发放工资单;
- Social security, housing fund and IIT filling 社保、公积金及个人所得税的申报;
- Prepare the reports 各种报表的准备。 Act as account manager for certain business units/plant, to provide all kinds of payroll related support within certain period if needed, including but not limited to:
作为某个业务部门/工厂的客户经理,在规定的时间内为之提供各种所需与薪资相关的支持,包括但不限于:
- Double check and answer the questions on payroll mistakes 复核及回答员工关于薪资计算错误的反馈;
- Answer inquiries on payroll related laws and regulations, company policies and procedures 回答员工提出的与薪资相关的问题,包括国家法律与规定,公司相关的政策与流程; Make sure the legal compliance on all payroll activities 确保所有薪资计算活动符合相关法律法规; Be responsible for/participate the continous improvement projects to increase the efficiency, reduce the cost, improve the service quality and employees' experience;
负责或参予持续改进项目,以提高效率,降低成本,改善服务质量及员工体验度; Other jobs assigned by the supervisor 上级指派的其他工作 Skills Good skills at MS Office, experience on working with HRIS system will be a plus; Good communication and interpersonal skills; Good English in reading and writing; Team player Previous Experience At least 2 years working experience in HR in foreign companies, C&B experience will be a plus Qualifications and Education Bachelor or above degree Be bold and take the leap!
