HR Services Supervisor
Job Title: HR Services Supervisor Job Description Seeking and HR Services Supervisor to manage a team of HR Services Coordinators for a professional services company in Tampa, FL. This role oversees day-to-day operations of the team, balances and prioritizes workload, and meets or exceeds SLA's and employee satisfaction goals. This position is mainly remote, other than occasional in-office days for team meetings. Responsibilities + Provide coaching, training, mentoring, and professional development to a team of coordinators, and deliver regular performance feedback. + Monitor and evaluate individual and team performance, ensuring quality standards and service level agreements (SLAs) are met or exceeded. + Analyze team workload, identify opportunities for workflow improvement, and escalate recommendations. + Manage the day-to-day work delegation and prioritization of the team, serving as a point of escalation for complex requests and an initial contact for partners, employees, former employees, and retirees on most transactional HR needs and requests. + Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for HR business processes and systems, including Knowledge Base articles, SOPs, templates, and escalation protocols. + Manage the accuracy, accessibility, timeliness, and consistency of HR data, monitor data quality, and define enrichment strategies. + Build and maintain strong working relationships with HR Centers of Excellence and administrative departments (e.g., IT, Operations, Accounting). Collaborate with these groups to improve and streamline HR processes and systems, providing an exceptional user experience. Essential Skills + 6 years' relevant work experience in human resources. + 2 years' supervisory experience. + Knowledgeable in various HR areas, particularly benefits and general operations. + Intermediate skills with MS Office (Word, Excel). + Experience with Workday and ServiceNow or similar systems. + Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish, with fluency in reading, writing, and speaking. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or a related field. + SHRM-CP or PHR certification preferred. + Ability to adapt communication style and message to fit the audience, communicate clearly and concisely, and deliver compelling messages. + Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills. + Experience in developing presentation materials that are clear, succinct, and reflective of the intended message. + Proficiency in project management, workflow design, and time management skills. + Experience with process improvement methodologies focused on continuous improvement. Work Environment This position is remote, with candidates required to reside within reasonable commuting distance to the Tampa, FL office. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $90000.00 - $105000.00 **********************Comprehensive package of benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, and 401(k)************************ Workplace Type This is a fully remote position.
