Your role  

 

We are looking for a HR Shared Service Center Professional Solutions DACH Manager (f/m/d) who will deliver and support the HR functional transformation with a primary focus on digitization, process automation and shared services creation to improve the overall HR delivery model across her/his geographic, through the full value chain:

 

•    Drive standardization through centralization/knowledge sharing
•    Secure similar level of service for all entities
•    Push for optimization through automation/consolidation
•    Drive Operational excellence and increased efficiency
•    Democratize data and real-time advance workforce analytics
•    Focus on customer partnership and continuous improvement 
•    Strong partnership between in region hubs and forensic focus on quality, time and cost

 

In addition, S/He will deliver the appropriate change management and engagement strategies that will enable the right adhesion both within the functional organization and with the primary client groups.

 

Main responsibilities:  

 

1) HR Shared Services strategy definition and implementation 
●    Guarantee the correct and timely implementation of the new HRIS system;
●    Manage resources efficiently;
●    Guarantee delivery of day to day services;  

 

2) Payroll strategy definition and deployment 
●    Guarantee the fulfillment of the strategy defined by Corporate;
●    Manage the payroll implementation in the region to secure its completion within agreed parameters (cost, delay).
●    Ensure legal and regulatory compliance for all processes;
●    Be the point of contact for scalable matters;
●    Enable full digital employee experience;
●    Ensure customer satisfaction and excellence in the provided services.
       
3) HR Digital drive focus on EMEA Scope and not restricted to DACH

●    Push and drive the HR digital transformation through the following levers:

○    HRIS full suite implementation and utilization

○    Self-service portal offering towards employees and leaders

○    Chatbot implementation

○    HR documents digitization through future HR Service Model Applications


4) Standardization, Harmonization and automation across all European Regions
●    Bring innovative solutions both at regional and local levels that will help leap needed change 
●    Drive the HR policy standardization roadmap that will be a key enabler for the HR Digitization 
●    Help with the overall employee’s benefits harmonization initiative in close partnership with C&B and country teams

 
5) Develop and coach our Talents
●    Own the HRS talent agenda and develop the appropriate talent development and training strategies to build a robust talent pool and effective succession plan  
●    Coach the organization towards digitization, automation and continuous improvement Mindsets
 

Main requirements: 

 

Graduate degree in Human Resources or another related advanced degree. 10 years in a HR, ideally with focus on Payroll, Compensation & Benefits, Admin and/or HR Transformational Project role for a large organization. German and English fluent is mandatory, any additional language an advantage. Strong service focus in anticipating client needs where possible, managing complex organizational relationships. Ability to drive results, set clear goals individually as well as for the organization, and pursue them with enthusiasm and energy Knowledge of project management – ability to understand complex projects and push for successful completion Knowledge  of HRIS platform/experience in digital/automation initiatives Strong problem-solving mindset, and strong ability to decrypt complex topic in simplified resolving actions Ability to express ideas effectively in individual and group situations. Ability to work under tight deadlines and plan, organize and carry out multiple, detailed tasks. Team-oriented, collaborative and interpersonal relationship skills at all levels, including management staff and support staff
