HR Shared Services Manager

As the HR Shared Services Manager at Terex, you will oversee the delivery of HR services to US-based team members. This role manages a team of HR professionals to ensure efficient HR operations, enhanced employee experience, and aligned HR services with organizational goals. The ideal candidate is a positive, process-driven self-starter with natural curiosity who strives for excellence.

What you’ll do

Lead the US HR Shared Services team, fostering a collaborative, customer-focused, and high-performance culture.Oversee the administration of current HR services, including Leave of Absence management, tuition reimbursement, service awards, life insurance administration, employee onboarding, and employee inquiries.Expand the scope of HR services provided by the Shared Services team.Ensure timely and accurate delivery of HR services to employees and management.Lead the team to identify areas for process improvement and implement best practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.Lead the team to leverage technology to improve service delivery.Lead the team to develop, implement, and maintain standard operating procedures.Serve as an escalation point of contact for employee inquiries and issues, ensuring a positive and responsive service experience.Establish KPIs and drive results through those KPIs and other analytics.Ensure maintenance of accurate employee records and HR data management systems.Partner with HRBPs to understand and support the needs of production sites and functional departments.Empower the team to achieve their full potential

What you’ll bring

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred5+ years of experience in HR, with a focus on shared services or operationsStrong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulationsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsProficiency in Workday and MS Office SuiteStrong analytical and problem-solving abilitiesTechnology focused and process-drivenStrong organizational skills with a continuous improvement mindsetCustomer focused with a positive attitudeExperience managing a team is a plus  

Salary: The compensation range for this position is $95-110K annually. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc.
