Essential Responsibilities
Provide day-to-day client support and lead HR projects as necessary, working across multiple client groups. Develop strong customer relationships.Coordinate and participate in local recruitment events and community activities.Review job descriptions and assist with job postings.Organize the summer internship program.Maintain the employee handbook, HR policies, and the HR website.Facilitate new employee orientation and assist with employee onboarding.Help colleagues escalate questions to the appropriate HR operations team or COE.Participate in the employee engagement committee. Plan company events.Guide people leaders through common Workday transactions. Resolve employee issues using established procedures. Consult with more senior team members for complex employee concerns.Provide timekeeping support.Manage the leadership and accountability element for the EHS team.Compile HR analytics, run HR reports, and complete data entry work.Maintain and protect confidential data with utmost scrutiny, judgment, and care.Qualifications/Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Human Resources, or a related field.Desired Characteristics
