A nationwide company is hiring an HR Specialist in Pompano, 33069. This is a permanent “Direct Hire” position offering full time hours + benefits. Compensation is estimated between $65,000.00 – $85,000.00

About the position: This is a heavy recruitment focused HR role. Applicants must have experience recruiting for clerical and administrative staff. In addition to a recruiter background the ideal applicant will have knowledge of payroll practices and benefit enrollment experience. We will consider HR Generalists, Talent Acquisition Specialists, etc that meet these requirements. A SHRM Certification: SHRM-CP & SHRM-SCP is helpful but not required.
