Job Title: HR Specialist
Job Description: As an HR Specialist, you will be responsible for:
Managing the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.Administering employee benefits and compensation programs.Ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.Handling employee relations issues and providing support to managers and staff.Conducting performance reviews and developing training programs.Maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records.Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Proven experience as an HR Specialist or in a similar role.Strong knowledge of HR practices and labor legislation.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in HR software and tools (e.g., HRIS, ATS).Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Benefits:
