The ideal candidate possesses experience handling recruiting, onboarding, offboarding and training. Additionally, the ideal candidate possesses experience supporting employee relations, performance management, as well as a deep understanding of HR procedures. Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration or a related field required.2+ years of experience with full-cycle recruiting and understanding HR best practices.Prior experience supporting performance management and other HR functions preferred.Experience with Excel, UKG and ICIMS is helpful.Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.

The salary range for this role is $90-$120k.

Compensation is commensurate with experience.
