What you’ll do?

Provide HR expertise in the areas of employee relations, compensation, employee lifecycle;

Prepare internal documentation such as contracts, annexes, certificate of employment, reports, etc.;

Perform periodic overview of HR files and records to ensure that all required documents are collected and filed appropriately;

Assist with payroll functions including processing, answering employee questions, fixing processing errors, and distributing online checks;

Develop and improve HR operational processes such as onboarding, offboarding, payroll and administration;

Analyze data to improve efficiency and make data-driven decisions;

Maintain accurate and up-to-date human resource files, records, and documentation;

Answer frequently asked questions from employees related to standard policies, benefits and payroll, hiring processes, sick/ maternity leaves, onboarding, trainings, etc.;


What you’ll bring:

Experience in HR Operations/Admin/Payroll or other segments of Human Resources (2 years or above);

In-depth knowledge of HR best practices and Bulgarian labour laws and regulations;

Previous experience with Workday (considered as an advantage);

Excellent communication skills in English (B2);

Previous experience in an outsourcing company (considered as an advantage);

Attention to detail, pragmatic approach and strong problem-solving skills;

Natural curiosity, readiness to learn and customer-service mindset;
