And are equally committed to creating a healthier environment and planet through our sustainability efforts.** **Job Summary** In this role, you will be responsible for alignment within the HR teams of Israel and Puerto Rico, to share knowledge and implement best practices, align processes to drive standardization in varied aspects of HR. In addition, you will be responsible for the LMS maintenance, implementation of training curricula for all the functions and be responsible for the HR compliance with medical devices industry regulations and standards. **Essential Duties and Responsibilities** 1. Responsible to align between the HR teams of two sites reporting to the Drug Delivery Devices Operational Unit, to ensure that HR activities are in line with the organization's strategic direction, and drive implementation and standardization of best practices such as recruitment, training, performance management, and employee experience 2. Assist in development and implementation of HR policies, procedures and documentation, and support the HR teams and managers of both sites in implementation of global organizational processes. 3. Accountable for the LMS administration: develop training matrices, curricula and assignments in compliance with industry or regulatory requirements. Provide data-based insights on training progress. Responsible for assignment of role-based training and be the LMS focal point for managers and employees. 4. Responsibility for training and development: identify training needs, build and carry out the annual training plans according to budget. Work in collaboration with global L&D and key stakeholders in the business. 5. Responsible for HR compliance: ensure HR practices are in compliance with ISO 13485 requirements, with the Company’s regulations, as well as with local legal regulations and standards. Carry out regular internal audits to ensure compliance. Represent the HR department in ongoing internal / external audits. 6. Work with the HR Manager, the global HR team and the business as appropriate in the implementation of critical global, regional and key HR projects and initiatives, as well as company events and welfare programs. 7. Act in accordance with the company’s guiding principles and adherence to the corporate Code of Conduct. 8. Compliance to all regulations, policies, work procedures, instruction, and all safety rules. 9. Perform additional duties at the request of the direct supervisor. **Education** + Bachelor's Degree in relevant business or human resources discipline- required **Work Experience** + Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in HR roles + Experience in learning and LMS- advantage + Experience in global environment- advantage **Preferred Knowledge, Skills and Abilities** + Excellent communication skills, written and oral, in Hebrew and English. + Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with staff at all levels of the organization + Ability to work on own initiative and be proactive. + Analytical and highly organized, with problem solving skills + Results oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a short period of time. + Able to be aware of all relevant standard operating procedures as per Company policy as they are related to the position covered by this Job Description + Able to comply with the company’s safety policy at all times + Able to comply with the company’s quality policy at all times. + **_Relevant work history and/or experience may be considered in lieu of degree_** **Travel Requirements** 5%: Up to 13 business days per year **Physical Requirements** Sedentary-Exerting up to 10lbs/4kgs of force occasionally, and/or negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to life, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects, including the human body.
