Key Duties: + Implement and maintain HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy. + Manage the recruitment and selection process. + Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital. + Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures. + Nurture a positive working environment. + Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance. + Maintain pay plan and benefits program. + Be actively involved in employee engagement activities. Requirements Key Requirements: + Proven experience as an HR Specialist, HR Generalist, or similar role. + Knowledge of HR functions (Pay & Benefits, recruitment, training & development, etc). + Understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures. + Proficient in MS Office applications. + Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities. + Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. + Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude. + A strong ethical framework and professional approach. + BSc/BA in Business Administration, Human Resources, or relevant field; further training or certifications are a plus.
