HR Specialist
Description We are in search of an HR Specialist to be part of our team located in Cleveland, Ohio. The role will be centered around human resources, specifically focusing on handling customer credit applications, keeping customer credit records precise, and resolving customer inquiries. The HR Specialist will also be expected to monitor customer accounts and initiate appropriate actions when necessary. Responsibilities: • Collaborate with Business Partners, enhancing domain knowledge, acquiring requirements, delivering solutions, and impact analysis. • Act as a subject matter expert on present and future Workday capabilities. • Review releases and functionality to recognize opportunities to enhance and maximize the use of Workday. • Implement changes in Workday Business Process through configuration, testing, and validation. • Contribute to the testing of integrations, security, annual events. • Keep master data values in Workday updated (such as Job Profile, Job Family, Job Group, Roles, Custom Organization Types, Positions, Locations). • Act as an escalated resource for Tier 2 & 3 issues. • Share knowledge and provide input to the Workday Team Lead, Workday Team Members, and clients when appropriate. • Engage in scheduled and ad hoc training to enhance policy and process acumen. • Manage HR operations and employee data management. • Prioritize workload, provide timely follow-up, and resolution. • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple projects. • Demonstrate expertise in data conversion, validation, and migration. • Show proficiency in configuring business processes, security, reporting, and integrations. Requirements • Proficiency in ADP - Financial Services is required • Must be knowledgeable in using ADP Workforce Now • Familiarity with ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode is necessary • Experience with Ceridian is a must • Mastery of CRM (Customer Relationship Management) tools is expected • Proficiency in About Time software is required • Auditing skills are essential • Ability to handle Benefit Functions effectively is necessary • Excellent Communication skills are mandatory • Must ensure Compliance with all HR related laws and regulations TalentMatch® Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
