Front Office Lead for HR Operational
Your role and responsibilities• Ensuring appropriate HR support for internal customers (HR team, managers and employees)• Communicating information regarding policies and standards on assigned processes to internal customers • Recording employee enquiries in our ticketing system• Performing data entry into appropriate systems while maintaining a high level of data quality and accuracy • Identifying, recommending, and assisting in implementation of process enhancements, to drive quality and productivity gains• Assisting in recruitment-related admin tasks on an occasional basis (mainly candidate management, depending on volume)
Qualifications for the role1-2 years of experience in HR (eg. Generalist, HR Specialist, Payroll background) University degree, preferably in the field of HR Fluent in Hungarian and English Collaborative, solutions-oriented approach, and strong communication skills Real customer service mindset and a proactive way of working to serve the customers with a “can do” attitude Ability to adapt to multi-threading work rhythm to guarantee work quality while continuously seeking optimal solutions Experience with Workday and/or SAP tools is a plus
