Job Title: HR Specialist

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced HR Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a comprehensive understanding of employment regulations, benefit and compensation policies, and personnel procedures. You will play a key role in evaluating job positions, preparing occupational classifications, and maintaining personnel records.

ResponsibilitiesAdvise managers and employees on state and federal employment regulations, collective agreements, benefit and compensation policies, personnel procedures, and classification programs.Evaluate job positions, determining classification, exempt or non-exempt status, and salary.Prepare occupational classifications, job descriptions, and salary scales.Assist in preparing and maintaining personnel records and handbooks.Prepare reports, such as organization and flowcharts, and career path reports, to summarize job analysis and evaluation and compensation analysis information.Essential SkillsVerbal and written communication skillsAttention to detailCustomer service and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and manage one’s timeKnowledge of legal policies and procedures related to hiring practicesKnowledge of benefit and pay-scale systemsPrevious experience with computer applications, such as Microsoft Word and ExcelAdditional Skills & QualificationsHigh School or GED2-4 years of customer service-related experience preferredWork Environment

You will be working in a dynamic environment for a next-generation car and technology company. This role offers great experience and a fast turnaround. The position is fully on-site in Casa Grande, allowing for in-person collaboration amongst different departments.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.
