HR Specialist Opportunity
We’re seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior HR Specialist to join our team. Ideal candidates will have 2+ years of HR experience and a desire to grow in recruitment, HRIS management, compliance, and benefits administration. This role focuses on ensuring smooth HR operations and enhancing the employee experience.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Recruitment: Support full-cycle recruitment, from sourcing to interview coordination, and track key metrics.
+ Engagement Reporting: Analyze turnover data, conduct follow-ups with new hires, and share insights to drive retention initiatives.
+ HRIS Management: Audit and manage employee data in Paycom for accuracy and compliance.
+ Benefits Administration: Assist with enrollment and inquiries while ensuring policy compliance.
+ Onboarding: Coordinate orientation and paperwork to integrate new hires seamlessly.
+ Compliance: Support wage compliance monitoring and administrative updates (excluding California).
Requirements
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Experience: At least 2 years of HR experience, including recruitment, HRIS systems (preferably Paycom), and basic compliance knowledge.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems, with strong attention to detail for data auditing and reporting.
Soft Skills: Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with turnover tracking and employee engagement initiatives.
Familiarity with multi-state wage compliance (excluding California).
SHRM-CP or PHR certification is a plus.
