HR Specialist Bilingual French
**Human Resources Specialist – Bilingual (French & English)** We are seeking a passionate **Human Resources Specialist** with expertise in **employee support, benefits, compensation, HR systems, and web tools** . This role focuses on assisting employees across the **US, Canada, and Latin America** by providing timely and confidential HR support. **Responsibilities:** + Provide expert personal support to employees and managers across various business units and locations. + Research and resolve employee inquiries professionally and efficiently. + Engage with employees via phone and email to assess their needs and provide the necessary support. + Analyze and resolve complex or sensitive HR issues with discretion and accuracy. + Contribute to a positive employee experience and company culture. + Maintain meticulous documentation of employee interactions. **Key Qualifications:** + **Fluency in French** (written and spoken). + Experience with **Workday, ServiceNow** , or other enterprise HR systems such as **Oracle, PeopleSoft, SAP** . + **Minimum of 3 years** of experience in employee support with knowledge of **HR policies, benefits, payroll, and HRIS** , OR **4 years of customer service experience** with HR exposure. + **Bachelor’s degree** or equivalent relevant work experience. + Experience with **HRIS systems** (Workday, Oracle, PeopleSoft, SAP). + Experience with **CRM systems** (ServiceNow preferred). **Pay Details:** $30.00 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
