HUMAN RESOURCES SPECIALIST II

We are seeking an individual with exceptional administrative skills to provide support to all members of the Human Resources department.  Strengths should include proven administrative experience, clear and concise verbal and written communication skills, effective utilization of time and resources, and the ability to set priorities and complete assignments accurately and in a timely manner. The successful candidate will provide the highest degree of confidentiality with excellent follow-up and attention to detail. 

 RESPONSIBILITIES:

Complete new hire data entry in UKG weekly Process Commitment Awards and FIC Bonuses Process promotions, supervisor, department changes, employee changes Prepare new supervisor material and provide to new supervisors and HR Representatives Support onboarding process administration Provide primary reception coverage for breaks, lunches, and time off Order and set-up catering items for in-house meetings Coordinating Executive Chats Job postings backup Innovate and develop new procedures as needed to continually enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of HR processes Other duties as assigned

 QUALIFICATIONS:

1-2 years related experience Ability to build trust broadly and maintain strict confidentiality Reliable with strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to multi-task and reprioritize work when urgent requests arise Demonstrates a bias to act and say yes Productive and successful in an intense work environment Good verbal and written communication skills Proficient in Microsoft Office suite Ability to effectively interact with individuals at all levels of the organization Bachelor’s degree a plus Experience with UKG and/or SAP a plus
