Short Description Provides oversight for the pre-boarding work.Ensures that the On-boarding Ambassadors complete the clearances and regulatory requirements, for new hires in each TA team.Provides reporting on outcomes and accuracy related to successful onboarding tasks.Serves as the point of contact for TA with the hand-offs to HRIS for transition to “hire” status.Serves as the regulatory file point person for new hire regulatory requirements such as, background checks, primary source licensure, certifications, employment verification. Provides assistance/support to talent acquisition as requested/requiredServes as key point of contact for agreed upon interview day coordination.Manages new hire process from offer accepted to start dateResponsible to evaluate new hire file for completeness by both applicant and Talent Acquisition prior to offer accept.Responsible for generation of new hire file post offer acceptProvides customer service to eliminate issues and enhance the on-boarding experienceResponsible for the scheduling, coordination, execution, completion and clearance of the pre-employment process. Including EE Health and Background Checks.Ensures compliance with pre-employment requirements and file completeness.Reviews all files prior to integration and seeks approval of team lead. Facilitate Cooper’s Badging process from start to finish.Records and processes sign on and referral bonuses, including payment requests.Processes internal transfers.Responsible for the onboarding of agency personnel in accordance with Cooper policies.Processes Cullen law as per Cooper and Federal/State regulations/guidelines.Various other general HR duties, including desk coverage. Experience RequiredOne year clerical experience preferred, but not required
Education RequirementsHigh School Diploma or Equivalent required, Associate’s Degree preferred
