Provide administrative support to our Manufacturing & Transportation Technical Development Training team, which include reviewing data for quality; entering, updating, and correcting data in the Leaning Management System (LMS); other tasks related data management & quality tasks. To successfully perform in this role, you will need • Experience using and understanding the standard concepts, practices, and procedures associated with a Learning Management System (LMS) and how the LMS supports the Learning & Development. • Proficiency in processing data and implementing modifications to ensure data precision. • Intermediate proficiency with Excel (Pivot tables, VLOOKUP, graphs, tables, data functions, etc.) • Experience working in a training organization, especially with training administration. • Strong customer service experience and ability to deal with a wide variety of customer inquiries and requests, primarily associated with learning and training in a professional manner. • Experience and ability to manage large volume with high degree of accuracy and timely completion. • Ability to handle multiple tasks/actions by prioritize, manage disruptions and completing tasks in a timely manner; ability to assess appropriate urgency with tasks. • Superior interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills #LI-BS1 #M1 System One, and its subsidiaries including Joulé, ALTA IT Services, CM Access, TPGS, and MOUNTAIN, LTD., are leaders in delivering workforce solutions and integrated services across North America.
