\nThe HR System & Process Specialist will be responsible for the planning and management of multiple local HR Transformation Projects and participating in global HR-projects & initiatives with focus on transformation and digitalization, process standardization and optimization in close cooperation with diverse stakeholder groups across BRP-Rotax.
\nYour new adventure
\n· Identify and optimize HR business process and tools opportunities and lead improvements and/or implementation
\n· Collaborate with IT department to integrate HR systems for seamless data flow
\n· In coordination with the global HR technology team, contribute to defining the digital HR roadmap with the goal of end-to-end digitization and automation of key HR or employee-related processes, including the optimization of the master data and workflow system as well as the necessary adjustments to our HCM system
\n· Support management of HRIS projects in cooperation with internal and external partners and our IT organization
\n· Participate in global technology programs including local deployment
\n· Continuously drives the digitalization of HR or employee-related processes and is involved in the further development of the HR operating model as well as in the definition of global and local HR end-to-end processes
\n· Enables and creates the design of processes, workflows, and best practices
\n· Implement and monitor data privacy and security protocols for employee information
\nYour experiences and skills
\n· Degree in Business Informatics, or Business Administration, or Human Resource Management
\n· 5 years of professional experience in a leading project role related to HR processes or HRIS.
\n· Field-relevant experience in the use and implementation of SAP HCM and SAP SuccessFactors.
\n· A strong affinity for optimizing processes in HR and innovative IT solutions.
\n· Track record of successfully leading large projects or programs in the area of HR Transformation
\n· Experienced in stakeholder management and highly developed communication skills
\n· Pro-active and hands-on approach to challenges and getting things done mindset

\nYou will be offered an exciting position in an international company with many interesting benefits and diverse development opportunities. The minimum salary for this position is EUR 59,766.98 gross/year in accordance with the collective agreement for the metal industry. Depending on your qualifications and professional experience, we offer an attractive and performance-related salary with corresponding overpayment.
