The Importance of the Role

Reporting to the Senior Manager of Global HR Operations and HR Systems, you'll dive into the exciting world of the Workday Suite of Applications, acting as both an administrator and a go-to resource for end users.In this exhilarating position, you won’t just support HR processes, you'll unleash your creativity to discover innovative solutions that propel Sarepta forward. The Opportunity to Make a Difference
Workday Configuration and End User Support:
Configure and maintain the Workday system for all modules including but not limited to Absence, Payroll, Core HCM, Talent and Performance
Provide customer-friendly handling and resolution of user inquiries, questions, and problems via the HRIS ticket queue
Provide functional and technical support to end-users
Serve as support for HR and Payroll team inquiries (and occasional outside teams)
Analyze business requirements and configure Workday business processes to optimize workflows. This includes creating, modifying, and maintaining business process definitions, condition rules, and notifications to ensure efficient and compliant operations
Monitor recurring issues, system/data or process gaps and proactively identify potential opportunities of increased efficiency and enhancements
Partner with other HRIS members and Functional Leads in creating communications and training on functionality/user interface changes
Assist Functional Leads with developing user procedures, guidelines and training materials
Releases & New Functionality:
Partner with other HRIS Members and assist functional leads with preparing and executing Workday release testing
Act as a thought partner with the Functional Leads to review/consider new features and their value
Support projects to roll out new modules and functionality including scope documentation, design, UAT testing, and implementation
Data Integrity & Reporting:
Assist HR team members with creation of reports to support their day to day responsibilities
Conduct audits for data quality and system maintenance
Proactively identify report/dashboard opportunities to improve Workday utilization of functional areas
Maintain an understanding of the product and the underlying, global business processes in order to predict downstream implications of challenges and system changes and allow for effective troubleshooting.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
More about You
Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years HCM Software-as-a-Service (Saas) HR System. Technical support and utilization of Workday required.
Understanding of HRIS database design, structure, functions and processes
Solid HR functional knowledge and understanding of HR processes and data, including workflows
Ability to analyze data, implement changes and monitor effectiveness
Ability to maintain a high level of integrity while balancing multiple priorities and responsibilities
Work independently, take initiative on tasks and projects
Service oriented approach to internal customers and peer relationships, ability to effectively communicate and collaborate in a team environment
Solid sense of accountability and sound judgement; highest ethical standards and focus on quality and attention to detail.
Excellent interpersonal, collaboration, written, verbal and visual communication skills.
Experience working with stakeholders/partners at all levels, globally, across the organization.
