Description Robert Half is a global staffing firm and we are in search of a qualified HR Systems Analyst for our growing HR team. If you are analytical, detail-oriented, and have a strong background in human resource systems and processes, this opportunity is for you. Responsibilities: + Collaborate with HR and IT team to optimize HR system processes and functions. + Provide technical support for HRIS including, but not limited to, troubleshooting and resolving hardware, software, and network-related issues. + Work closely with the HR department on system upgrades and data auditing. + Develop and maintain a variety of complex HR reports and HR metrics dashboards. + Assist with the integration of various HR systems and streamline processes. + Conduct HRIS training sessions for HR and management teams. + Stay up-to-date with the latest HR technology trends and suggest improvements when necessary. Requirements Qualifications: + A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, IT, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred. + Proven experience as an HR Systems Analyst or similar role. + Profound knowledge of HR processes and wide experience working with HRIS. + Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. + Proficiency in data manipulation and data report generation. + Familiarity with HR software and databases. + Great attention to detail and excellent organization skills.
