A DAY IN THE LIFE This is an exciting opportunity to work in a growing organization and to play a critical role in supporting the talent management of our HR processes and software needs. This role will be on our HR Shared Services team working collaboratively to support our 5B organization. Collaborate with HR and IT Stakeholders, vendors and service providers to support HR software needs and processes. Support business partners through the performance management process, including template setting, launching performance reviews, and launching additional system features. Provide guidance to managers on system best practices, addressing performance system issues and supporting solution implementation. Assist with reporting needs and requests from HR stakeholders. Work with analytics group to analyze data to identify areas for improvement and share meaning. Managing our people surveys, ensuring we have the right tools and processes to collect data in a meaningful way. Support and review existing HR processes, identifying areas for optimization, and developing strategies to streamline workflows and eliminate redundancies. Supporting the selection, implementation, and ongoing maintenance of HR systems for process automation and data analysis. Working closely with different departments within the organization to understand their needs and integrate HR processes effectively. Communicate issues, timing of resolution, workarounds with all stakeholders on a timely basis. Manage mass data loads into multiple HR systems. Validate data to identify discrepancies and ensure accuracy. Work with cross-functional teams to understand data flows and ensure comprehensive data processes. Document all processes including data collection, import and validation processes and methodologies to ensure transparency and facilitate knowledge sharing within the team. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to HR system platforms. Conduct user training sessions, develop training materials, and create system documentation to facilitate user adoption and improve system utilization. NECESSARY QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or technical field. 5-10 years experience in a role that requires strong communication, project management, organization, data quality assurance, and technical experience in HR systems. Strong understanding of talent management processes, including recruiting, onboarding, development, and performance management. Strong interpersonal, communication, and project management skills. Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and ability to make strategic recommendations based on data. Expertise with HRIS and talent management software. Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and expectations are exceeded. Ability to operate with flexibility in a fast paced and evolving environment. Certification in Human Resources (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus.
