Job Summary:
The HR Systems Analyst is responsible for managing and optimizing HR systems and processes. This role involves analyzing HR data, ensuring data accuracy, and supporting the implementation of new HR technologies. The HR Systems Analyst collaborates with various HR teams to improve system functionality and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Data Management: Ensure data accuracy and integrity in HR systems.
System Implementation: Assist in the implementation of new HR systems and features, such as Workday Payroll, Absence, Time Tracking, Benefits, Compensation, and Talent Management.
Reporting: Generate detailed and summary reports using tools like Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint.
Collaboration: Work with HR Ops, Talent Management and other teams to resolve system issues and implement new functionalities.
Support: Provide production support for HR applications, including web and legacy systems.
Project Participation: Participate in HRIS project teams, performing business requirement gathering, process review, project management, testing, and documentation.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, Human Resources, Information Systems, or a related field.
Experience: 4+ years of experience with HR system reporting tools and multiple vendor solutions.
Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and PowerPoint),
Certifications: Relevant certifications such as PMI, SPSS, ADP, PMP, ITIL, PCP, PHR, or HRIS are preferred.
Desired Skills:
Knowledge of talent management systems.
Experience with report generation, automation, and analytics.
Ability to analyze business requirements and identify solutions
