Description
Kimberly Casey with Robert Half is seeking a Human Resources Systems & Compliance Administrator for a local manufacturing company in Eugene. The HR Systems Compliance Administrator will be responsible for HRIS management, ensure compliance for state/fed laws for ADA, workers comp, LOA’s, etc. Ensure policies and employee files are update to date and accurate. Participants in business audits. Provides feedback and recommendation on process improvement based on findings. Responsibilities:
• Overseeing the HRIS management to maintain operational efficiency
• Ensuring compliance with ADA, workers compensation, and Leave of Absence laws
• Upholding the integrity of employee files and ensuring all records are up to date and accurate
• Active participation in business audits to ensure adherence to regulatory standards
• Providing constructive feedback and recommendations to optimize operational processes
• Utilizing skills in ADP Workforce Now and Kronos Timekeeping System for effective HR management
• Administering leave with a thorough understanding of Leave Administration and Leave of Absence laws
• Ensuring compliance with Workers Compensation and Federal Labor Law
• Utilizing knowledge on ADA Accommodations to ensure company practices are inclusive and fair
• Ensuring Audit Compliance by monitoring and managing potential risks.

Requirements
• Proficiency in using ADP Workforce Now is highly desired for this role.
• Experience with Kronos Timekeeping System also desired.
• Audit Compliance skills are mandatory for this position.
• The candidate must have expertise in HRIS - Human Resources Info Systems.
• Knowledge of ADA Accommodations is necessary.
• The role requires skills in Leave Administration.
• Experience with Leave of Absence management is required.
• Applicants must have a good understanding of Workers Compensation.
• Familiarity with Workers Comp Law is vital for this role.
• Knowledge of Federal Labor Law is essential for this position.
