Our greatest asset has been, and will continue to be, our people. We are looking for an experienced and motivated individual to fill the position of HR Systems Consultant - Solutions within our HR Systems group based in Houston, Texas.

Responsibilities include:

  • Serves as the Workday Integration, Prism, Extend, and Reporting subject matter expert (SME) by gathering integration requirements, developing solutions, and troubleshooting complex production issues, as well as ability to train other HR Systems consultants. with additional duties preferred as followed:
  • Demonstrates specialization in implementing and maintaining Workday integrations of all types, with extensive experience in Workday Studio Integration Designer Toolset
  • Demonstrates integration experience with external 3rd parties, e.g., Payroll and Benefits providers
  • Demonstrates thorough abilities and/or a proven record of success working in a collaborative environment to collect and refine business requirements along with the associated development activities to deliver the appropriate reporting solutions within Workday Prism Analytics
  • Demonstrates thorough abilities in data profiling and governance principles to ensure data integrity and quality throughout the development life cycle, and utilizes data modeling, design and visualization tools and principles
  • Manage the design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance of Workday Extend Applications supporting Workday HCM
  • Influences and manages stakeholder expectations
  • Working in a global/virtual team environment
  • Demonstrates critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Demonstrates communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Acting as Level 3 Support where problems with integrations/reporting, Extend, and Prism arise that cannot be resolved at Level 2
  • Exhibits significant Human Capital (HC) reporting/analytics experience in a fast-paced hi-tech environment, preferably in the Workday space
*Qualifications*
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field
  • Minimum 3 years of professional experience with Workday Extend and Prism Applications
  • Extensive experience in Workday Studio Integration Designer Toolset
  • One or more Workday HCM certifications
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an aptitude for problem solving
  • Demonstrates proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Visio skills
  • Detail-oriented and meticulous

Desired Qualifications:

  • Certification in one of the following: Workday Prism Analytics, Workday Composite Reporting, Workday Extend or Workday Pro
  • Familiarity with at least two modern languages such as Java, C , Python or C# including object-oriented design
