About the role:

As a Human Resources Systems Coordinator for TQL, you will be handling all operational aspects of our human resources system. You will be responsible for ensuring data integrity and maintenance is upheld, while working with various teams.

What you’ll be doing:

\n\nConfirm the accuracy and integrity of data entered, maintains data in HRIS systems and assures information is available on a timely basis\nServe as a resource for employees by answering questions through the HR helpline and escalating calls as necessary\nWork with the recruiting team to ensure new hires are active in the HRIS system the day of hire to start orientation\nWork with the on-boarding team to ensure compliance of legal forms such as I9 and non-compete forms\nWork with multiple business partners to update the HRIS system with organizational changes, compensation changes and cost center creation/updates\nProvides information upon request

What you need:

\n\nBachelor’s degree in human resources preferred \n1+ year of relevant work or internship experience \nWorkday or HRIS system knowledge a plus\nProficient in the use of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook\nExtremely detail oriented, with strong interpersonal skills and collaborative work ethic\nExcellent communication skills, both verbal and written\nAbility to maintain confidential information is of extreme importance\nStrong work ethic and the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships in and out of the HR Department\nExperience maintaining data preferred
