HR Systems Delivery Coordinator

\nThis is a REMOTE, CONTRACT role functioning across the HRIS and HR organization as they move through a multi-stage transition to the Oracle Cloud HCM platform. This is NOT a role focused on the Oracle system and as such, Oracle experience is NOT REQUIRED (but nice to have).
\n
\nWhat is required, is STRONG ORGANIZATIONAL and COMMUNICATION SKILLS, and a PROACTIVE MINDSET to be effective in a fast-paced environment.
\n
\nSome of the responsibilities:\n\n\tOrganize and maintain work pipeline to ensure activities are prioritized and fulfilled in alignment with Delivery Manager, Vended SDM, PMO, business stakeholder needs and corporate processes.\n\tOrganize and escalate high priority items.\n\tPartner with PMO Tower to ensure full process support, alignment, and cohesive execution.\n\tPartner with the Change Management team to ensure all program/project communications are aligned with the CM activities.\n\tAssist testing coordination and timing between Support and PMO.\n\tAssist upgrade planning and coordination.\n\tSDLC Lead for HR Operations.\n\tPartner with Senior Compliance Analyst to align with all required SDLC and compliance requirements.\n\tSupport testing activities through the following activities; playbook creation, follow up items, retest closure, evidence capture and management.\n\tPrepare and support operational metrics and presentations.\n\n
