Title:
HR Systems IntegratorKBR has an immediate need for an HR Systems Integrator with a TS/SCI Poly in Chantilly, VA. You will support the mission by providing substantive consulting/advice across a full range of HR areas to include workforce planning, talent acquisition, staffing and selection, employee development, compensation, benefits, policy, performance management, rewards and recognition, and retention. Employee will be partnered with a senior manager to develop, implement, and influence HR policies, plans and strategies that align with the organization's initiatives to enable the mission.
Responsibilities:
Apply analytic and diagnostic techniques sufficient to identify, evaluate, and recommend appropriate HR interventions to resolve routine to moderately complex HR problems and issues
Apply project management concepts and principles to plan and implement initiatives to address Customer needs and plan for contingencies
Interpret and apply HR business rules and use available job aids to accurately enter employee an organizational data into the Human Resources Information System (HRIS)
Interact with managers in order to contribute to and influence decision-making
Prepare and deliver comprehensive briefings to senior managers on HR topics
Consult and collaborate with senior managers to identify HR issues of concern and develop an understanding of the organizational environment, desired mission outcomes, and objectives
Identify and pursue opportunities for innovation within the HR organization; analyze relative value of alternative approaches or process improvements which impact achievement of HR objectives
Leverage knowledge of organizational and HR regulations, policies and unique Customer authorities in order to address organizational/business issues and questions
Required:
TS/SCI with Polygraph level clearance is required
BA/BS and 5+ years of experience; Masters and 3+ years of experience; additional experience may be considered in lieu of a degree
Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Human Capital Management, or related degree is highly desired
Three (3) years of progressively responsible professional experience in the application of Human Resource concepts and principles
Considerable knowledge of and ability to use information technology tools – HR databases, Excel, PowerPoint and MS Word – to support decision making
Ability to handle multiple demands, shifting priorities, and workflow management
Strong problem-solving skills demonstrated by identifying the nature of the problem and impact on the organization, conducting research and analysis to ensure understanding of the problem and desired outcomes
Proactive self-starter able to support multiple efforts simultaneously
Ability to work independently or as part of a team
Excellent oral and written communications skills to compose and deliver responses to employee questions in a clear and concise manner
