Job Summary: 

The HR Systems & Operations Coordinator provides "Best in Class" Human Resources support to our stakeholders. This position supports the HR teams in one or more office locations by offering support of the HR systems and general operations of the team.

Job Responsibilities:

Coordinates Systems & Operations programs including Carta, FreshDesk, SmartSheet, HR Helper (Chatbot Data) and SharePoint.
Tasks may include login access, ticket assignment, ticket completion, preparing best practice articles, delivering system enhancements, providing system training to HR team.
Assists with Level 1 Workday support including researching and resolving problems, unexpected results or process flaws; performing scheduled activities; recommending solutions or alternate methods to meet requirements.May include quarterly audits of active employee data, New Hires & Terminations, documentation in employee records, and Access Change notifications for all status changes.
Provide regular reporting for payroll, compliance, vendor processes, and other Workday report requests. Compliance reporting includes but is not limited to EEO-1, CA Pay Data, IL Pay Discrimination, DOL mailings, Wishlist preparation for payroll processing.
Serves as the main contact for all HR Systems & Operations POs, invoices, and budget tracking.
Maintain positive, productive relationships with employees in client groups, proactively communicating updates and following-up with resolutions.
Adherence to and application of Envestnet legal, compliance, risk, business continuity and administrative policy within the role and department(s) including the timely completion of training & awareness, affirmations and testing as requested. 
As part of the responsibilities for this role, understands and readily supports Envestnet's established corporate business practices, policies, internal controls and procedures designed to create value or minimize risk.

Required Qualifications: 

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
1-2 years of Human Resources or office experience
Prior hands-on experience with HRMS systems (Workday strongly preferred)
Intermediate computer skills (i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook) 
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Strong interpersonal and organizational skills 
Ability to work independently
Ability to maintain employee confidentiality at all times 

Preferred Qualifications: 

HR certification is a plus

Salary:

The annual base salary range for this position is $52,000 to $78,000.
