About the role:
This role sits in the HR Strategy & Operations division and will play a critical role in defining and driving data quality, reliability and accessibility across HR systems and reporting. This role's impact lies in the ability to monitor data quality across systems, troubleshoot issues and make recommendations to resolve. Additionally, this position will be responsible for supporting the HR reporting strategy through the development and delivery of self-service and ad-hoc reporting requests across our HR and business stakeholders.
What you'll do
Build and modify reports and calculated fields in Workday to address business requirementsAbility to translate data needs gathered from the business into reporting solutionsIdentify data quality issues and work with Operations to put process and audits in place to addressSupport report request escalations and approvals based on data governance policiesCollaborate with HR and business stakeholders to determine reporting needs based on business prioritiesContinuous support and rationalization of current reporting inventory and establish future state reporting requirements as well as support the business through the development of key data insights for the team.Review system release notes and flag potential impactRun impact analyses to identify and communicate impact of configuration changes within and downstream of WorkdayDevelop training materials and conduct training for team specialists and analysts supporting the big/issue resolution processes, for example, root cause analyses, and impact analysesWhat you'll need
Bachelor's degree with concentration in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering Analytics or similar area preferred1-3 years of experience in Workday HCM, Workday SecurityExcellent analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to prioritize, multi-task and to adapt to changing priorities and deadlinesStrong verbal and written communication skillsAbility to work effectively independentlyStrong attention to detailWhat you will get:
