Job Description Insight Global is looking to hire a Workday Integration HR Systems Consultant to join a team of 6 in Houston, Texas. This role will primarily support the need of building, maintaining, and troubleshooting integrations globally while reporting directly to the Senior HR Systems Lead. Facilitate onsite and virtual discovery meetings to capture the business requirements and objectives. Create, document, and maintain integration processes, customizations, mappings and workflows. Provide functional and technical support and guidance during integration testing and implementation process. Design, test, implement and maintain all HCM related integrations by using various solutions such as APIs, Cloud Connect, Core Connect, Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB), Studio, and etc. Provide status updates and engage with our stakeholders and 3rd party vendors of overall scope of the project. Monitor and resolve integration errors in a timely manner. Analyze and construct logic for data transformations for integration needs. Identify opportunities to enhance end user experience and efficiencies related to existing HR business processes. The role is a hybrid 9/80 (Monday & Friday are work from home) schedule and offers a competitive salary, benefits, and up to a 20% yearly bonus. Skills and Requirements Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field experience supporting multiple HRIS applications Experience with Workday Integration and Implementation experience with developing, testing and deploying end to end integration Minimum of 5 years of experience supporting multiple HRIS applications - Workday preferred Minimum of 2 years of Integration and Implementation experience with developing, testing and deploying end to end integration One or more Workday HCM certifications, preferably Workday Integration Certification or Workday Pro Familiarity with Workday modules including Extend, Prism, and Security Strong comprehension with cloud-based system integration solutions with an in-depth understanding of APIs, Cloud Connect, Workday Web Services, SOAP, REST, XML and XSLT null We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
