HR Talent Acquisition Sourcing Specialist

The TA Sourcing Specialist is responsible for identifying, attracting, and engaging top-tier talent to meet the organization's hiring needs. This role combines strategic sourcing, candidate relationship management, and innovative talent marketing to deliver exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition

Proactively source and identify potential candidates through various channels, including direct sourcing, social media, and job boards. Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to attract passive candidates. Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their specific needs and priorities. Conduct initial screening interviews to assess candidate suitability. Utilize applicant tracking systems to manage and track candidate information.

Candidate Experience

Provide an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Communicate effectively with candidates, keeping them informed and engaged. Promote the company's employer brand and value proposition to attract top talent.

Innovative Talent Marketing

Help create and implement innovative sourcing and talent marketing events and programs, both internally and externally. Collaborate with marketing and HR teams to develop engaging branding and messaging. Organize and participate in industry events, conferences, and webinars to network with potential candidates. Leverage social media platforms to build a strong employer brand and attract talent.

Data-Driven Insights

Track and analyze key metrics to measure sourcing effectiveness and identify areas for improvement. Leverage data to inform sourcing strategies and optimize the recruitment process.

HR Operations

Provide day-to-day HR support and ensure adherence to HR policies and procedures. Seeking opportunities for professional development

Required Skills and Experience:

Proven experience in IT recruitment, preferably in a corporate setting. Strong understanding of sourcing techniques, including Boolean search, social media recruiting, and direct sourcing. Proficiency in utilization of social media and recruitment online platforms. Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools. Knowledge of platform algorithms and best practices for maximizing visibility. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Passion for technology and the ability to understand technical requirements. Creativity and innovation in developing and implementing new sourcing strategies.
