As a Human Resource Talent Acquisition Specialist at Little Creek, you'll play a key role in shaping our workforce by attracting, sourcing, and hiring top talent. In this role, you’ll manage recruitment strategies, build strong community partnerships, and support department managers through the hiring process—all while managing our applicant tracking system (ATS) and ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and hiring teams alike. This onsite position operates Monday through Friday, with occasional evening and weekend events.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and Implement Recruitment Strategies: Create and execute effective strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified talent, including online sourcing and outreach to build and maintain talent pipelines. Manage Job Postings and Sourcing: Create and update job postings across various platforms, including LinkedIn and Indeed, ensuring accuracy and brand alignment. Manage Recruitment Social Media Presence: Post job opportunities in Facebook job groups and on the LinkedIn business page to enhance reach and attract quality candidates. Oversee the Applicant Tracking System (ATS): Actively manage the ATS, assist with posting and closing jobs, and train department managers in using the system for seamless recruitment processes. Support Hiring Managers: Collaborate with department managers to develop screening questions, structured interview guides, and skills assessments while offering training and ongoing support. Coordinate Recruitment Events: Attend offsite hiring events to connect with potential talent and enhance employer brand awareness. Analyze and Report Recruitment Metrics: Track and report key talent acquisition analytics, including source of hire, time to fill, and candidate satisfaction, to inform data-driven strategies. Ensure Compliance and Operational Excellence: Partner with HR and hiring teams to maintain legal compliance, streamline processes, and adhere to recruitment policies and procedures. Collaborate on Workforce Planning: Work with HR leadership and managers to determine headcount needs, requisition approvals, and recruiting plans for hard-to-fill roles. Requirements Education and Experience: Associate degree (A.A.) in Human Resources, Human Relations, or a related field, OR a minimum of 2 years of direct recruitment experience in a medium to large-scale organization, OR an equivalent combination of education and experience. Technical Skills: Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) is required. Preferred Experience: Familiarity with the Paylocity system is a plus. Background Check: Must successfully pass a pre-employment background check.Why Join Us:
