Mercer Italy is looking for young and talented candidates passionate about making a difference in the careers of thousands of people to join through an exciting and fruitful internship the HR Talent Strategy Team based in Milan in which they will support in helping clients to develop HR programs, talent practices, performance management processes, leadership assessment and development, succession and development planning, talent acquisition, learning and coaching services, skill mapping and cultural change that motivate and empower leaders and employees to deliver their best work in organizations.
We will count on you to:
Supporting the assessment team in all the activities from developing the assessment concept, to organize logistics and activities, to analyze data and create reports, you will also have the opportunity to:
perform analysis with guidance and instruction;balance multiple project schedules to meet deadlines;assist in drafting reports for clients with guidance and direction (both in Italian and English);learn and adapt Mercer standard tools and methodologies;take part in designing new and innovative projects and solutions in the Human Capital area;coordinate project logistics and activities with guidance from project manager;solicit feedback on work performed and applies insights to future assignments;proactively seeks out opportunities to further develop skills and capabilities with a possibility to take part in projects of other Talent Strategy area.What you need to have?
University Master’s Degree in Psychology, Economics, Organization, Management or similar is preferred;a strong passion for human capital and people development;strong organizational and communication skills to support the design, implement and coordinate development projects;Fluency in both Italian and English languagesExcellent use of Microsoft Office (Power point, Excel);Energy and capability to manage multitasking and complex situations.What makes you stand out:
