HR Tech Analyst Intern
The HR Tech Analyst Intern responsibilities include (but are not limited to): + Focus on system configuration and testing that will allow the selected intern to gain experience with real-world ERP design, build, and enhancements. + Participate in data validation and reporting tasks which will provide the opportunity develop analytical via Oracle’s Reporting and Analytics tool OTBI and Microsoft Excel. + Leverage reports from Oracle’s Reporting and Analytics tool OTBI to cleanse data. + Participate integration and security projects to provide a broader technical landscape of Oracle HCM and Atlantic Health. + Create Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) / Knowledge Articles to documentation best practices and steps for end-user support, reinforcing knowledge retention and best practices. + Be introduced to automation and scripting where applicable to help reduce manual tasks and promote efficiency via Python, SQL, and or Oracle Data Management tools like HDL (Data Loaders). + Receive exposure to Oracle’s My Learn platform and review available industry driving certifications. + Support the stabilization phase of the AtlanticHub project. Participating in the tasks to support stabilization. + 2025 Strategic HR Solutions Roadmap: Align strategy to goal and vision. Including knowledge transfer, growth, and special business needs. + Create a KT mechanism and repository to store KT documentation.
