Troubleshoot complex application issues by diagnosing causes, identifying solutions, and coordinating corrective actions while escalating issues through appropriate internal and/or external resources. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure quality assurance is maintained throughout the system development lifecycle to prevent problems when delivering products and/or services to Main Line Health key stakeholders. Essential Accountabilities:

·       Liaison with IT and program owners to identify and resolve process and system issues in a timely manner.

·       Gather business requirements for new implementation and/or process changes from business stakeholders and ensure understanding with IT for optimal delivery.

·       Partner with program owners to ensure end-to-end processes are documented, knowledge is transferred, and cross-functional impacts are communicated.

·       Ability to perform functional integration testing of all integration points between the applications, components, and services.

·       Perform defect investigation and root cause analysis to solution day to day production issues as well as system enhancements.

·       Strong reporting capability (query building and modifying) and ability to process data into meaningful information.

·       Develop and maintain training program materials for departments within and outside of HR, including Managers and Directors.

·       Develop standard operating documentation (SOP) and ensure updated regularly with accurate information as processes and business needs change.

·       Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.

 

Experience:

·       3-5 years of experience in application administration.

·       Strong analytical skill as well as verbal and written communication skill with problem solving aptitude.

·       Attention to detail

·       Strong organization skill with high ability to multitask.

·       Working knowledge of MS Excel and Visio

 

Other Minimal Qualifications:

·       Demonstrated ability to develop strong relationships with others.

·       Demonstrated experience with process management.

·       Effective written and verbal communication skills across multiple formats: formal presentations, meetings, conference calls, e-mails, and communications.

·       Excellent interpersonal communication skills.

·       Ability to make sound decisions in accordance with corporate policies.

Education:
Bachelor’s degree in HR, data science, communications or related field (Advanced degree preferred)
