HR Technology Analyst

The HR Technology Analyst is a data and systems experts with technical agility across Flowserve HR’s digital ecosystem, responsible for maintaining existing solutions, documentation as well as providing education for direct and indirect teams. This role maintains functional configuration and features for HR technology. The successful candidate will be able to collaborate with multiple business partners to understand functional and business requirements, implement process improvements, ensure data quality and be a subject matter expert for HR Technology.

Your role:

Serves as a technical point of contact for HR Data & TechnologyDevelop, review, and update system documentation during changes or new implementationsPerform thorough problem analysis, including problem re-creation, resulting in resolutionLeads data quality and data audit processes, and practices including assisting subject matter experts with ensuring data integrityPerform recurring processes for the HR Data & Technology department and applicable Centers of ExcellenceDocument requirements and processing instructions for enterprise-wide annual processesTier 2 support for HR Data & Technology cases within case management systemProject Coordination as neededCoordinate multiple phases of testing, including writing test plans and test scripts, performing system testing, and supporting user testingOrganization/Position Management (as needed to support automation)Build or maintain functional configuration including custom validations, condition rules, and calculated fieldsResearches and minimizes reported problems or pain points within HR platforms drives resolution of issues, analyzes security issues, and recommends corrective and proactive actionProactively engages with Tier 1 support (Customer Care) associates for support and resolution of requests and issuesPrepares and distributes Quarterly Internal Audit and SOX Controls Documentation

Your profile:

BS or BA Degree in a relevant field is desired or 2-5 years of experienceIntermediate understanding and demonstrated abilities in support of complex analysis of current and future system development, evaluations of new applications or vendors, and ability to drive automation in a complex environmentIntermediate knowledge of HR functions and business rules including payroll, compensation, recruiting, and staffing practices and benefitsProven experience in the configuration and design of workflows and business rulesEffective verbal and written communication skillsSelf-reliant and effective problem-solver generating high-quality and innovative solutions in a timely fashion.A positive attitude, an optimistic approach, and resiliency when facing obstacles or challenges are all critical for success in this role.Able to collaborate with others to solve challenging business problemsAbility to prioritize, multitask, and work on multiple projects at oncePassionate about learning, motivated to continuously improve skills, and ability to adapt to new technologies and business solutionsFlexible, agile, and adaptable to changing business needsValue the importance of being customer-centric and serving othersStrong attention to detail with a high level of personal ownership
