We are seeking an experienced HR Technology Analyst, to be an integral part of the HR Technology team coordinating the needs and potential configuration and enhancements to the UKG Workforce Management (WFM) system used to manage Time and Attendance. This role will work with the DuPont UKG Workforce Management user community to design and implement the needed solutions to accurately calculate the paid and unpaid time off for employees in multiple countries within the APAC, EMEA and NA region. You will also work closely with the Payroll Services team to ensure any WFM time enhancements or modifications have the intended result in the payroll system and processes.
The successful candidate will be a skilled UKG software practitioner (formerly know as Kronos). This role will also support processes for HR Direct and Workday HR solutions. The role is aligned to the HR Function and reports to the HR Technology Global Time Manager.
This role works from 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM or 4:00 PM to 1:00 AM Philippine time. Additional hours may be required for troubleshooting that necessitates immediate support from the NA region.
This position offers a hybrid or fully remote work setup.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities
Coordinating Time activities between work streams
Configuring and testing the expected solution in the application.
Troubleshooting issues reported via the HRDSC, Payroll or HR community.
Participate in the various aspects of the configuration process including requirement analysis, determining functional specifications, configuration, testing and deployment.
Research, document, configure and test all functional elements involving all possible technical aspects in UKG WFM.
Responsible for day-to-day management of the HRSC escalation activities including managing the intake and routing of Service Now cases assigned to the HR Tech Time Team.
Develop and document testing strategies and outcomes.
Processes access grant and revocation of end-users in the timekeeping system.
Provides report(s) to stakeholders that is only accessible to system administrators.
Escalates perceived system defects to UKG WFM.
Collaborates with different teams for the creation of instructional guides for UKG WFM by providing subject matter expertise knowledge.
Performs tasks that need manual intervention in UKG WFM.
Review impact of updates/upcoming new features in UKG WFM.
Education & Experience
Required:
UKG Time & Attendance Experience: 3-5 years of experience configuring UKG Workforce Management (formerly known as Kronos) or ADP equivalent in these modules

Education Background: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.

Strong HR functional expertise and operations acumen.
Strong communication, leadership, interpersonal, influencing, and cross-functional teamwork skills.

Experience with multiple country legal and regulatory time requirements.
