Job Description

Lead Global HCM Digital Transformation

Leads the end-to-end implementation of a cutting-edge Global Digital HCM solution.Monitor project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure successful deployment.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements, ensuring the solution addresses organizational needs.Oversee change management strategies to drive seamless system adoption and user engagement.Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, resolving any challenges and ensuring alignment with company goals.

Oversees HR IT Portfolio & Act as Business Owner

Serve as the product owner for all HCM modules, ensuring alignment with business needs, managing the product backlog, and prioritizing features for development and deployment.Lead the team of business owners that are dedicated per group of modules and team members that are in charge for data architecture.Act as the key liaison between HR and IT teams, bridging the gap to ensure seamless communication, effective collaboration, and alignment of technology initiatives with HR objectives.Partner with IT and HR teams to ensure all applications are maintained, secure, and up-to-date.Regularly evaluate the performance and usage of HR applications, identifying opportunities for optimization and enhancement.Develop and maintain a governance framework to manage updates, integrations, and compliance for all HR IT systems.

Maximize System Capabilities

Analyze current system functionalities to ensure they are fully leveraged to support HR processes and improve efficiency.Identify underutilized features and develop strategies to enhance their adoption and usage.Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring a high level of proficiency and satisfaction with HR tools.Monitor system performance and user feedback, implementing necessary improvements to drive optimal functionality.

Manage Data Architecture

Design and implement scalable and secure HR data architecture to support organizational needs.Ensure databases are well-structured, easily accessible, and compliant with data governance policies.Develop and enforce data standards and protocols to maintain data integrity and quality.Collaborate with analytics teams to enable data-driven decision-making and provide insights through advanced reporting and visualization tools.

Qualifications

Education & Experience - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR Management or technology, Business Administration, or a related field. Certifications in Project Management (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum) are a plus. HCM system certifications (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, Oracle HCM) are highly desirable. 5+ years of experience in HR technology, HRIS, or digital HR transformation roles.

HR Technology Expertise – Deep understanding of HCM systems (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, Oracle HCM) and their implementation, configuration, and optimization.

Problem-Solving & Decision-Making – Strong analytical skills to assess system issues and develop effective solutions.

Business & IT Alignment – Ability to act as a bridge between HR and IT, translating business needs into technical requirements.
