Job Description:
We are looking for a HR Technology Lead who will be responsible for HR solutions design, customer partnership, process, and project management.
What will be your key responsibilities?
You will lead and focus on automation, efficiency, digital operations, and new technology developmentYou will be an innovative Leader in HR technology that manages a progressive agenda including leveraging existing technologies while adopting new digital HR technologies to enhance customer experience. You will provide guidance globally for Global HR solutions and works closely with IT / vendor to ensure continuity and improvement of services to HR and the business. You will identify and support effective continuous improvement approach and implement change communication mechanisms with appropriate compliance.What are we looking for?
You will have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.You will have strong proven leadership experience with HR technology solution design You will be a dedicated global Workday & ServiceNow expertise preferred You will have experience in automationYou will be a stronger people leader who can collaborate, in a matrixed environment, with multi-cultural and remote peers/ project teams. The base pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between the range listed below, however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including but not limited to, market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, if eligible, including variable pay, medical and dental benefits, participation in 401k plan, and paid time off benefits. Eligibility for these additional elements depend on the position offered and the employee’s work schedule (i.e., part-time schedule, store associate).
