We are seeking an HR Technology Admin Manager to join our global HR team and play a crucial role in enhancing our operational and systems support. In this position, you will report to the Senior Director Manager, HR Operations, Total Rewards and HR Operations and partner closely with the Senior HR Technology Manager and the broader HR Talent Acquisition team to elevate both candidate and employee experiences. Your ability to work cross-functionally in a positive and collaborative environment will be essential, as you will focus on improving workflows and leveraging HR technology solutions. This role offers an opportunity for continuous learning and the chance to contribute meaningfully to our global organization. In this position, you will take charge of maintaining and improving HR systems and Talent Acquisition tools, such as Workday and Jobvite. You will engage in discussions to identify issues, design solutions to streamline business processes, and facilitate cross-functional alignment on project goals. Your analytical and communication skills will be key in creating functional design documents and troubleshooting data issues while providing support and training to system users. Your commitment to excellence and customer service will ensure that our HR operations run smoothly and efficiently. What You Will Do: Participate in thought leadership regarding HR technology solutions and strategies for new programs, projects, and enhancements to existing solutions. Drive regular review and support implementation and communication of HR system upgrades and enhancements when required. Design solutions to streamline workflows and identify opportunities for automation within all aspects of HR processes. Partner with HR, Finance, and IT HRIT and Talent Acquisition to maintain and enhance HR /Talent Acquisition systems like Workday, and Jobvite and others. Support integrations, implementations, automated reporting, and other technology requests. Manage the portfolio of HR systems and projects. Facilitate transition from projects to operations. Design solutions to streamline workflows, conduct data analysis, and tTroubleshoot system-related issues.. Collaborate with the L&D manager others to develop training for system users and provide guidance on best practices for HR processes.. Other responsibilities as assigned. What You Have Done: 5+ years of experience in HR business processes and the employee life cycle from hire to retire. Proven track record of identifying and implementing improvements in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to create clear communication and documentation for both technical and non-technical audiences.
