HR Technology Talent Management Lead

Compensation varies based on factors including, but not limited to, experience, skills, education, performance and salary range at the time of the offer._ **Responsibilities** The HR Technology Talent Management Lead plays a pivotal role in our Oracle implementation. Broadly this role is responsible for overseeing the successful implementation of Oracle's Talent Management solutions. This includes the development and configuration of performance management, succession planning, skills, competencies, and engagement activities. This role will interface and partner with other Sub Workstream leads to successfully implement Oracle Cloud (including Oracle Cloud HCM, Oracle Recruiting Cloud, Oracle Learning, Oracle Talent Management, and Oracle Helpdesk.). Post go live, we envision this role to support configuration of Oracle Talent Management. **Responsibilities:** + Support Implementation of Oracle HR Cloud Suite by designing, managing, and optimizing HR technology solutions. + Responsible for fostering strong partnerships with HR, HR Organizational Development, Clinical Professional Development, and other business owners. + Collaborate with vendors and third-party service providers to develop, test, and implement integration solutions. + Conduct rigorous testing and troubleshooting to ensure successful configuration and implementation of Talent Management Modules. + Coordinate configure, and administer skills, competencies, licensure, and certifications. + Provide technical support and guidance to HR and IT teams on integration-related matters. + Stay updated on Oracle Cloud technologies and best practices to continuously improve Talent Management processes. **Requirements** Licensure / Certification / Registration: + Human Resources Professional preferred. Education: + High School diploma equivalency with 3 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 2 years of cumulative experience OR 7 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required. + 3 years of leadership or management experience preferred. **Additional Preferences** + Experience in HR Technology Systems (aka HRIS). + Ideally Experience in Oracle Talent Management and HR Oracle Cloud Ecosystem + Experience in Performance Management and Succession Planning Systems + Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. + Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. + 5 plus years of HR Tech/HRIS/HR System Administrator experience. + Strong understanding of human resources processes, practices, and metrics, and experience with managing system integrations and configurations to align with HR policies + Experience working with payroll, benefits, and other sensitive data + Must possess strong problem solving, organizational skills, time management, and the ability to multitask + Certifications in Oracle HCM or related HR technology are preferred \#Ll-Remote \#HRJob **Why Join Our Team** Ascension associates are key to our commitment of transforming healthcare and providing care to all, especially those most in need.
