HR Training Specialist Senior - LMS Administration, eLearning and Facilitation
**Job Description** **US CITIZENSHIP REQUIRED** \#LI-KB1 The Human Resources Strategic Capabilities Unit develops, retains, rewards and attracts talent needed for the business to attain strategic and operational goals. **What You ll Do:** + Serve as the LMS expert and advisor, guiding configuration decisions based on sector needs and acting as a liaison between the sector and the corporation in the enterprise technology working group. + Provide LMS support to training partners and instructors, fostering harmonization and community among sector LMS admins. + Design and develop curriculum and materials for e-learning, micro-learning, and web applications using various authoring and multimedia tools. + Apply instructional design principles, adult learning theory, and best practices to engage learners and enhance knowledge transfer. + Collaborate with SMEs and stakeholders to ensure learning objectives, content, delivery methods, and standards are met. + Facilitate training programs aligned with department learning and development goals. + Support talent development activities to meet department objectives. + Organize and lead efforts to ensure that learning and development employees remain current with training and development technology, including multi-media training delivery systems. + Maintain a regular and predictable work schedule. + Establish and maintain effective working relationships within the department, the Strategic Business Units, Strategic Capabilities Units and the Company. Interact appropriately with others in order to maintain a positive and productive work environment. + Perform other duties as necessary. **On-Site Work Environment:** This position requires regular in-person engagement by working **on-site three or more days** each normally scheduled week in the primary work location. Travel and local commute between company campuses and other possible non-company locations may be required. **Working Conditions:** + Work is performed in an office environment, laboratory, cleanroom, or production floor. **Required Education, Experience, & Skills** + BS/BA in a related field plus 4 or more years of related experience is required. + Each higher-level degree, i.e., Master s Degree or Ph.D., may substitute for two years of experience. Related technical experience may be considered in lieu of education. Degree must be from a university, college, or school which is accredited by an agency recognized by the US Secretary of Education, US Department of Education. + Experience in a progressive learning and talent development environment. + Background in LMS administration and leveraging asynchronous training tools and methodologies. + Ability to develop effective instructional content (digital, eLearning, microlearning) compliant with established design methodologies, Shareable Content Object Reference Model (SCORM) and Section 508 Accessibility requirements. + Knowledge of the concepts, principles and practices in adult learning theory, instructional technology, instructional theory and practice. + Competency in delivering engaging training programs. + Excellent writing skills. + Proficiency in authoring tools to plan and develop learning content (including Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat, Adobe Connect Pro, Photoshop, Articulate, Captivate, and video editing software). + Experience managing a variety of projects at one time. **Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills** + LMS implementation experience. **Pay Information** Full-Time Salary Range: $81156 - $137964 Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
