HR & Transformation Officer
Key responsibilities include (but are not limited to) :

Operational - building relationships with staff and management, addressing employee matters

Transformation - Assist with planning, co-ordination and execution of transformation strategy

Recruitment - assist in recruitment processes, ensuring pre-employment checks are carried out, maintain talent database

Employee Engagement - pre-boarding and induction, onboarding packs prepared, submissions to head office and ensure all job descriptions are in line with related roles and job titles

Employee Movement - keeping promotions and transfer tracking updated, co-ordination of resignations

Reporting - assist with annual EE stats and reporting, assist with co-ordination and submission of workplace skills plans and training reports to SETA

Data Management - ensure smooth running of HR workflows, collation of elements of BBBEE scorecards

Administration - ensure procedures are documented, audits are conducted to ensure integrity, act as HR interface with Head Office

Experience and requirements:

Completed tertiary degree / BTech in Human Resources / Development
Minimum of 3 to 5 years experience as HR Generalist
Sound knowledge of BBBEE
Previous experience dealing in a unionized environment
Previous dealings with bargaining councils 
Sage300 People highly advantageous
