Our client, a leader in HR technology solutions, is seeking a WORKDAY Implementation Specialist to join their team. As a WORKDAY Implementation Specialist, you will be part of the HR Technology team supporting various business functions. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously, which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** WORKDAY Implementation Specialist
**Location: Onsite 5 days/Week**
**Pay Range: Salary up to 150K upon Conversion (CTH)**
**What's the Job?**
+ Acting as a liaison between vendors, business, and IT to ensure successful project delivery.
+ Managing project/enhancement requests from initiation to post-implementation support.
+ Collaborating with the integration team to ensure proper integration with functional configurations.
+ Preparing project deliverables, including project plans, process flows, and functional requirements.
+ Monitoring Workday module health and ensuring continuous improvement.
**What's Needed?**
+ Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science or related field.
+ 5+ years of implementation and support experience with Workday or related HR systems.
+ Expertise in implementing & configuring Workday Core HCM.
+ Strong experience in at least 2-3 Workday modules such as Recruiting, Onboarding, and Benefits.
+ Proven ability to lead multiple cross-functional projects and manage deadlines effectively.
