Your role 

We are seeking a Human Resources Business Partner Intern to collaborate closely with the HRBP team, supporting a specific business function in its daily operations. In this role, you will engage directly with employees in the area, assisting in prioritizing their needs and requests. You will also be responsible for maintaining reports and charts to monitor the organizational structure effectively. Teamwork is at the core of this role, making collaboration an essential part of your daily activities.

 

Main responsibilities: 

Collaborate closely with the Talent Acquisition team to support recruitment processes and facilitate candidate onboarding. Assist in daily HR activities, including updating reports and creating presentations. Support People Development initiatives to promote company values and enhance employee growth. Monitor and manage the internship processes across various Business Units. Maintain and update organizational charts to ensure accurate workforce planning.

 

Main Requirements:

Educational background in Human Resources, Economics, Management, Law, or Psychology Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus) Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability to different situations Critical thinking and effective communication skills Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint A collaborative mindset with a strong inclination for teamwork Ability to adjust communication style based on the context
