The Human Resources team in Belgium is looking for an enthusiastic HRBP Supply Chain Belgium located in our Distribution Center (EDC) in Sint Niklaas.
This role is reporting directly to the Head of HR, in Belgium. In the Belgium DC’s we are managing the distribution of VF-owned brands, The North Face, Eastpak and Kipling.

You as HRBP Supply Chain Belgium is responsible for supporting the organization's business strategy by effectively managing human resources across the teams of Supply Chain in Belgium including DC's Belgium, Logistics & Customs employees (+400 HC). Key activities include recruiting white collars, talent management, Workforce planning, policy development (in alignment with HR Belgium Operations), employee relations, overseeing HR programs and Projects. This role ensures that HR initiatives align with and support business goals, focusing on the performance of the DC's.
Besides the frequent contact with the DC’s associates, you will have daily contact the HR team in Belgium as well as with labour unions & HR systems providers.
Your job responsibilities
Collaborate with multiple HR functions and HR COEs, supporting the implementation of HR processes and programsPartner with the business leaders to identify key talent, assess skill gaps and implement training and development programs to address future business needs, in cooperation with Talent Development & HR GeneralistAnticipate and plan for short/medium-term human resource needs and trends, leveraging qualitative and quantitative data and insights to drive actionsDrive HR initiatives in line with HR Global objectivesSupport administration of HR programs related to talent management, people development, compensation and benefits, workforce planning, employee relations, purpose and culture, etc.,in cooperation with HR Belgium Operations team and HR GeneralistSupport day-to-day operational HR responsibilities with some involvement in strategic initiativesWork on organizational design projects to support the evolution of the organization in alignment with business needs and prioritiesSupport and coach line managers on people-related topicsAct as first point of contact for HR related matters for the employees within the assigned populationSkills for success
