POSITION PURPOSE
The HRIS Administrator is responsible for managing the organization’s Human Resources Information System (HRIS) to ensure data integrity, system optimization, and process improvement. This role involves overseeing the day-to-day operations of HR technology systems, ensuring accurate reporting, and supporting HR teams in leveraging the system for workforce planning, analytics, and operational efficiency.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND BASIC DUTIES
System Administration: Manage and maintain the HRIS system, including configuration, updates, troubleshooting, and user support. Data Integrity: Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and compliance by implementing and monitoring data entry standards and practices. Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements related to HR workflows, data management, and reporting. HRIS Optimization: Collaborate with HR leadership to assess system needs and recommend improvements, enhancements, or new systems to improve efficiency. User Training and Support: Provide ongoing training and support to HRIS users to maximize system utilization and ensure smooth operation. Reporting and Analytics: Develop, generate, and maintain regular and ad-hoc reports on key HR metrics, including headcount, turnover, and compliance data. Compliance: Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to HR data and system management. Collaboration: Act as the point of contact between HR, IT, and vendors to ensure the HRIS supports overall business strategies and integration with other enterprise systems. Project Management: Lead or assist in HRIS-related projects, including system upgrades, implementations, and integrations with other business systems.PERFORMANCE MEASUREMENTS

EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or equivalent experience.REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE:
Strong understanding of HR processes and HRIS systems. Experience with UKG strongly preferred. Knowledge of compliance standards and best practices for HR data security.EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
5+ years of experience in HRIS management or a similar role. Identify and implement process improvements. Experience with HRIS configuration, implementation and system integrations.SKILLS/ABILITIES:
Skilled in HR data reporting and analytics tools. Strong MS Excel Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across departments.WORKING CONDITIONS
