Description HRIS Analyst Opportunity in Torrance We are currently seeking a HRIS Analyst in Torrance. We’re looking for a driven professional with deep expertise in HRIS systems and ADP platforms. As an integral member of our HR team, you will play a pivotal role in managing, maintaining, and maximizing our HRIS technologies while ensuring seamless information flow across internal and external stakeholders. This is a temporary Hybrid role In this role, you’ll contribute significantly to the analysis, design, maintenance, and reporting functions within our HR department. Key Responsibilities: + Oversee, maintain, and manage HRIS systems and databases with a focus on data accuracy and quality. + Use ADP to streamline payroll processing, benefits administration, timekeeping, and other HR-related tasks. + Partner with stakeholders to build custom HR reports, conduct regular audits, and ensure data integrity. + Analyze and interpret complex HR data sets to provide actionable insights to the HR and management teams. + Conduct system testing, troubleshoot issues, and validate results for optimized HRIS performance. + Uphold data privacy standards and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations. + Participate in system upgrades, process improvements, and new HRIS technology implementations to meet evolving business needs. Requirements Qualifications and Requirements: + Minimum 3 years of experience as an HRIS Analyst or in a similar role. + Proficiency with ADP Workforce Now and ADP Financial Services platforms. + Strong knowledge of ATS (Asynchronous Transfer Mode) and experience working with Ceridian software. + Detail-oriented with demonstrated expertise in auditing and data integrity. + Comprehensive understanding of HCM (Human Capital Management) principles. + Ability to oversee and manage benefits functions effectively. + Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal. + Deep commitment to ensuring HR compliance and fostering positive employee relations. + Hands-on experience with various aspects of the hiring process. + Advanced knowledge of HRIS platforms and technologies.
